This very attractive house, located within a nice big, green garden containing many
olive trees is positioned right next to the sandy beach. There is a swimming pool, which also can be used by the guests of New Villa Europa and House Candia. A couple of sunbeds are free for use.
The reception and the lobby is found on the ground floor of this one storey building. All units are comfortably furnished and equipped with TV and air conditioning.
The studios are located on the first floor and are one combined bed sitting room
with two single beds. They have a kitchenette with cooking facilities, a dining table, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a balcony with a sea view (some of the studios have a sea view to the side, 2 studios have a mountain view).
The apartments are found on the ground floor, accommodate three to four people and consist of a combined bed sitting room with one or two couch beds, a kitchenette and dining table. They have a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an additional bed room with two single beds and a terrace with sea view (partly covered
by trees).
Villa Europa is a nice little apartment complex at the perfect location for relaxing a holiday by the sea.
